Booking Your Stay: Easy Steps to Follow
Renting our holiday cottage in Stoke Gabriel is a straightforward process. To start, check the availability of the cottage below, where a calendar displays open dates for your desired stay. We recommend booking in advance, particularly during peak season, to secure your preferred dates. We also take bookings via Airbnb too.
Our pricing structure is competitive and not intended to be opportunistic. Rates vary depending on the season and length of stay, with discounts offered for extended rentals and repeat visitors.
Simply select your desired dates, enter the required information, and confirm your booking. For guests who prefer, reservations can also be made by contacting us directly via phone or email. We’re always happy to help with any questions or special requests.
Upon booking confirmation, you will get an email detailing check-in and check-out procedures. Check-in is typically from 4 PM on your arrival day. This allows ample time for the cottage to be prepared for your stay. Check-out is at 10 AM on your departure day, ensuring we have enough time to prepare for incoming guests.
It is important to note our cancellation policy. If you need to cancel your booking, please inform us at least 14 days prior to your check-in date for a full refund. If you are not confident with booking online then just give us a call on 07770 580623 and we can take it from there. If you can’t find availability for the dates you want, then send us details of what you want via the “Contact Us” page. We’ll see if there’s anything we can do to accommodate you. Alternatively, we can hold your details in case we get a cancellation.
We also normally allow at least one day between bookings. If you have a specific date you need our cottage for and it appears unavailable, just let us know. We’ll see if we can speed things up at our end.
